Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Experience on heavy civil, deep excavation, shoring, or site development projects valued.
• Ability to read, interpret, and cross-reference civil, structural, geotechnical drawings, specs, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and civil, structural, and geotechnical documents to identify material requirements and manage RFIs.
• Convert plans and approved RFIs into actionable instructions for field crews and Superintendents.
• Maintain organized document management with plan revisions, drawing logs, and field changes.
• Assist Project Managers in identifying scope deviations and drafting potential change orders.
