Qualifications

• Hearing science and psychoacoustics expertise required.
• Hands-on experience with hearing-aid signal processing and fitting.
• Ability to design, run, and analyze human-subject listening studies (onsite, Redmond).
• Light Python knowledge for prototyping and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Direct own studies, setting direction to advance the program toward NTI.
• Carry on planned studies and execute without redefining scope.
• Design and run listening studies: protocols, stimuli, psychoacoustic measures.
• Prototype and evaluate hearing-assistive algorithms and fitting approaches.
• Analyze data and communicate findings to research, engineering, and product teams.
