You will lead complex business initiatives, shape architectural decisions, and guide cross-functional teams in an agile environment, focusing on health plan operations.

This senior role requires deep experience in healthcare operations, data analysis, change management, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree and/or Master’s with extensive experience in consulting, PM, data analytics or related field.
• Eight to thirteen years of experience in related domains with progressive responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning and builds cross-functional relationships; mentors and coaches team members.
• Executes multiple work streams; translates strategy into actionable requirements and procedures.
• Provides expert consulting across stakeholders; drives vendor management and executive reporting.
• Develops requirements for complex solutions spanning multiple domains; documents compelling business cases.

• Conducts advanced data analyses to drive business decisions; identifies value opportunities.
