Job summary

Freedman HealthCare LLC in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Consultant to lead health data and policy projects, guiding client work from kickoff to completion and supervising 1–2 team members as needed.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to state agencies and other healthcare clients, develop deliverables, manage timelines, and help expand existing relationships while exploring new business opportunities for FHC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree (MPH or similar) preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years leading and managing project teams in health data or health policy.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and deadline-driven abilities.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead health data and policy projects as the FHC lead, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Delegate work to cross-functional teams and oversee timelines and budgets.
• Draft and organize written deliverables for clients and internal teams.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and develop concise presentation materials.
• Supervise 1-2 Project Associates or Health Policy Analysts and provide mentorship.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and build new business.
• Contribute to RFPs and other bid proposals.
• Continuously build subject matter expertise relevant to clients.
