Job summary

ForHealth Consulting is seeking a Senior Associate for health policy to lead policy and program development projects that improve access to care and quality. You will supervise teams and produce policy analyses and client deliverables.

You will engage with public agencies and nonprofits, build client relationships, and drive strategic initiatives across federal, state, and local levels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline (public policy, public health, health economics or financing, public or business administration).
• Eight years of professional experience in health policy, health economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ACA and Medicaid; excellent communication and analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting on health care system improvement to public agencies and non-profits.
• Lead multiple, complex projects and supervise project teams.
• Develop written deliverables including policy recommendations, briefs and reports.
• Manage proposals, workplans, analytic plans, timelines and budgets.
• Present data and policy recommendations in formal and informal settings.
