Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Hatchery Supervisor to lead a team in the Cobb eggs and chicks operation. You will supervise daily activities, ensure shipment accuracy, and maintain sanitation and biosecurity standards.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, ability to travel, and comfort working the 2nd shift within a biosecure facility. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

• Ability to supervise a team of hourly employees.
• Willingness to travel 4+ domestic trips per year.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of team members in hatchery operations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of customer egg-packing shipments.
• Serve as trainer and oversee vaccine mixing activities.
• Maintain hatchery sanitation and overall biosecurity.
• Oversee daily egg inflow/outflow and egg depot duties.
• Support safety programs and training; interpret policies.
