Job summary

Hut 8 seeks a Hashboard Repair Technician II for our Amarillo, TX site to diagnose, repair, and rework hashboards used in mining hardware. This senior bench role will mentor Technician I staff, lead escalated repair cases, and drive continuous improvement in repair standards and training.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with micro-soldering, component-level troubleshooting, and strong communication to coordinate with the repair center and field teams.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair hashboards at component level.
• Lead and mentor Technician I staff on the bench.
• Document failure analysis and repair records for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Hashboard Repair Technician I staff.
• Lead complex repair cases on the bench and guide junior technicians.
• Review the work of junior technicians and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate to develop training materials, repair standards, and workflows.
• Perform micro‑soldering and component‑level repairs on hashboards.
