Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Supervise and direct a crew of hardscaping crew members.
• Manage and schedule projects, track productions, materials, time, and budget targets.
• Ensure quality of landscaping work that meets company standards and clients' expectations.
• Solve problems, give direction, plan labor and equipment requirements for projects.
• Manage safety and productivity at job sites and shop/yard, enforce PPE and safety standards, and comply with safety regulations.
• Delegate tasks to crew members.
• Conduct on-site orientation for new employees.
• Communicate with supervisor, crew, and clients throughout projects.
• Operate equipment and tools as necessary.
• Assist in constructing walkways, retaining walls, patios, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, equipment, and sites.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Minimum 1 year experience in hardscaping/landscaping and crew leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• DOT Health Card (required).
• Class A CDL or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work.
