Egan Landscape Group in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Hardscape Foreman to lead and ensure high-quality outdoor installations for residential and commercial properties.

You will supervise crews on site, read blueprints, manage safety, coordinate with project managers and clients, and maintain accurate daily records of labor, materials, and progress. Experience with patios, walls, walkways and driveways required, with hands-on leadership and commitment to craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hardscape foreman or lead installer in landscape industry.
• Strong knowledge of hardscape construction practices and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage hardscape installations (patios, walls, walkways).
• Ensure work is on time and to design specifications.
• Supervise daily crew, promote safety and skill development.
• Maintain craftsmanship and on-site quality control.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet expectations.
• Monitor materials usage and manage inventory.
• Oversee equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Identify and resolve issues to prevent delays or budget overruns.
• Maintain daily records of labor, materials, equipment, and progress.
