Job summary

Egan Landscape Group is seeking a Hardscape Foreman to lead high-quality hardscape installations on residential and commercial properties. You will supervise daily field operations, ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and safety standards, and work with crew members, project managers, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Candidates should have strong leadership, hands-on hardscape expertise, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hardscape foreman, lead installer, or similar field leadership role in the landscape industry.
• Strong knowledge of hardscape construction practices, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and executing plans to spec.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage hardscape installations (patios, walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces).
• Supervise daily field operations and crew members, promoting safety and productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet expectations and deadlines.
• Monitor material use, manage inventory, and ensure on-site compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain high craftsmanship quality and accurate site records.
