Roth Living Installation, the factory-certified installation arm of Roth Living, is seeking a hands-on, experienced Lead Handyman/Appliance Installer to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will oversee and perform the expert installation of luxury appliances, ensuring a flawless, white-glove experience for high-end residential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews on job sites and act as the primary customer contact
• Safely drive and operate 26' delivery box trucks
• Deliver and install luxury appliances per factory specifications and manuals
• Maintain damage-free installs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete all documentation-paper and digital-accurately and timely
• Load and unload tools, appliances, and materials daily
• Manage inventory of tools and equipment
• Train customers on appliance functionality and care
• Communicate effectively with contractors, designers, builders, and internal teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of appliance installation experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds unassisted and work on feet for extended periods
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and digital forms

Skills & Technical Requirements

• Proven experience managing field installation teams
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience with built-in appliance installations
• Basic electrical knowledge (connections, outlets, voltage)
• Basic plumbing skills (water shutoffs, gas line installation/modification)
• HVAC familiarity (duct connections, sizing, transitions)
• Carpentry abilities (precise measuring, cutting, adjusting cabinetry)
• Meticulous eye for quality, detail, and finished aesthetics
• Bi-weekly pay cycle with overtime potential
