TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking a senior on-site leader to guide a team of Tru-Pro technicians in delivering high-quality home repairs, safety upgrades, and maintenance services for clients across the U.S. This leadership role emphasizes reliability, clear communication, and a strong safety mindset.

You will mentor technicians, ensure workmanship aligns with TruBlue standards, and coordinate with clients to manage expectations while upholding safety and quality on every project.

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring or managing other technicians is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Committed to doing the job right for clients and team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
