Qualifications

• Licensed OT or PT in state and CHT certification.
• Residency or 3+ years of OT/PT experience.
• Ability to mentor and precept staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hand/upper-extremity evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families; share therapy best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team; adjust plans as needed for goals.
• Precept and mentor less experienced therapists and students.
• Ensure safety, quality and documentation; oversee OTAs/PTAs.
