SmartStyle Salon inside Walmart is seeking a Hair Stylist Assistant Manager to lead and assist a busy salon team while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will provide consultations, perform services, and help drive a premium client experience.

The role offers leadership growth with commissions up to 50% from day one, hourly wages up to $40 plus tips, bonuses, and comprehensive training. Flexibility including evenings/weekends is required, with health, dental, vision, 401K benefits

Qualifications

• You have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
• You want to lead and assist a salon manager.
• You can and want to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• You are tech savvy and can perform administrative tasks; you may be closing out the system at day end.
• You need to know how to read, write, and do basic math.
