Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily facility operations, delegate tasks, and guide staff. This role includes supervising when the Manager is away and ensuring cleanliness and safety at the Austin site.

The position involves operating specialized cleaning equipment and handling cleaning chemicals, with a schedule of Sunday to Wednesday, 6am–6pm, in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Ability to delegate tasks and guide staff.
• Experience with facility operations and cleanliness standards.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers.
