Job summary

ABM US is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations at our Austin location. You will delegate tasks, supervise staff in the absence of the Manager, and ensure standards for cleanliness and safety are met across the site.

The role involves operating cleaning equipment, handling chemicals safely, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. This is a full-time evening shift (Mon-Fri, 5PM-1:30AM) at 9700 Highway 290 East, Austin, TX 78724.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating assignments and providing guidance.
• Supervise at an assigned location when the Manager is not present.
• Demonstrate standards to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers.
• Operate specialized equipment used for janitorial tasks.
• Handle cleaning chemicals according to policy and safety rules.
• Assist with general janitorial duties as needed.
