Job summary

The Little Gym of North Liberty is seeking a Lead Gymnastics Coach to inspire young athletes and lead engaging classes for children from ages 4 months to 12 years.

You will mentor other instructors, ensure class quality, and build strong relationships with families while delivering exceptional customer service in a fun, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Gymnastics experience required.
• Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• High energy, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
