Position: Lead Installer

This is an experienced role; ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years of skilled gutter installation, carpentry, or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude and the ability to interact professionally and comfortably with clients and team members are essential. You will be groomed for leadership, becoming part of our family and growing with a well-established brand.

Required Experience:

• Experience related to gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters is a plus!

Compensation:

$800-1000+ per week, based on 8% of revenue per crew. The more you produce, the more you earn.
