Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Lead Gutter Installer to install products per work orders, review daily schedules, and ensure safety and quality on every site.

You will travel daily to job sites, lead a crew, and perform warehouse and site duties, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and accurate reporting for customer-focused results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Extensive gutter installation experience required.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Lead Gutter Installer.
• Review daily work schedule, ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Any other duties, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Travel Requirements

Local; out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation Range

$13.00 - $30.00 per hour. Salary may vary by location, experience, skills, and market data. Variable compensation may also be offered.
