Job summary

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking an experienced gutter installer to join our Chesapeake team. You will handle inspections, measurements, and on-site installations, delivering high-quality, on-time results.

Responsibilities include working outdoors in all weather, coordinating with the crew, and maintaining safety and customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license is required; franchisee-owned shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in gutter installation (K-style & half round) or exterior construction.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
• Reliable, with strong communication and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sites and plan gutter installation.
• Perform gutter installation to provided specifications.
• Maintain safety on site and ensure high-quality customer service.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Experience: 2+ years in gutter installation (K-style & half round) or general exterior construction.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and 18+ years of age.
• Drive: A positive attitude, excellent communication, and a team-first mindset.
