Job summary

The Brothers that just do Gutters is seeking an experienced Gutter Installation Supervisor to lead field crews, uphold our high workmanship standards, and mentor team members. You will be in the field daily, inspecting work, coaching installers, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong installation expertise, people skills, and a commitment to safety. Long-term career growth and performance-based advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of gutter, roofing, carpentry, siding or exterior construction experience preferred.
• Gutter installation experience strongly preferred.
• Previous lead installer, crew leader, or supervisor experience is a plus.
• Must be 18+ years old; valid driver’s license; ability to work on ladders and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise gutter installation crews in the field.
• Work alongside installers and lead by example.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly.
• Inspect completed work for quality and proper installation.
• Coach and train installers on gutter installation techniques and best practices.
• Help new employees develop through our Skills Ladder training program.
• Make sure crews have the proper materials, tools, equipment, and information.
• Troubleshoot job-site challenges and communicate issues to management.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and address customer questions or concerns.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience that generates referrals and 5-star reviews.
• Hold team members accountable for quality, productivity, safety, and professionalism.
• Reinforce proper ladder, fall protection, PPE, vehicle, and job-site safety practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve production, quality, and revenue.

The The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is looking for a
Gutter Installation Supervisor to lead installation crews, maintain our high standards of workmanship, develop team members, and make sure every customer has an exceptional experience.

This is a

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
