Job summary

AF Group is seeking a senior technical leader to spearhead Guidewire-based applications for Property and Casualty insurance. You will drive design, development, deployment and production support, ensuring scalable, secure solutions.

Partner with product owners, underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, architecture, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Guidewire configurations and integrations, while guiding teams to deliver with quality and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with Guidewire configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical expert for Guidewire-based applications supporting P&C insurance.
• Coordinate development assignments and review technical designs and code.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and quality standards.
