Job description

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Guest Services Representative enhances the customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and assisting guests with their orders. You will help guests select the perfect cake for their celebrations and ensure smooth order processing. Your role is to make everyone feel welcome and foster an atmosphere of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

Accountabilities/Duties

1. Greet walk-in and phone guests promptly with warmth and enthusiasm, following NbC Sweet Steps of Service to deliver a superior guest experience.
2. Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing, promotions, and retail merchandise.
3. Suggest additional items like balloons, candles, and cards to enhance celebrations.
4. Process orders efficiently using the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join the NbC Email Club for promotions.
5. Keep the bakery clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning surfaces.
6. Replenish retail merchandise and cake displays for visual appeal.
7. Assist in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies.
8. Participate in opening and closing bakery operations, including managing registers.
9. Learn to assist in building marketing email lists for potential fundraiser opportunities.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50+/hour, must have experience.

Benefits for Full Time: After 1 year of service, Paid Time Off and 401K.

Work Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time shifts are available: Monday - Saturday (8:45 - 5), (11 - 7:15), Sunday (10:45 - 5:15).
