Job summary

TCR International is seeking a Service Technician/Mechanic – GSE/Diesel for our Boston, MA workshop. You will diagnose and repair a range of equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a dynamic, growth-focused team environment.

Based in Boston, you’ll work with specialist tools and diagnostics, with opportunities for career growth as TCR expands its global aviation and GSE services.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required; CDL preferred but not required.
• Must provide personal hand tools; TCR supplies specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices and relevant applications.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose, adjust, and repair equipment and vehicles including electrical, brake, hydraulic, cooling, power steering systems, engines and other components.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and inspections per manufacturer and customer requirements.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations and maintain quality control.
• Health & Safety: Follow safety regulations, use safety equipment, report incidents, and promote health and safety initiatives.
