Zusammenfassung

DHL Group is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead for the 1st shift Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The role focuses on scheduling, training, and directing a work group within DHL Supply Chain’s warehouse operations in the United States.

Key responsibilities include training new associates, maintaining records, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and ensuring safe and efficient daily workloads. The position requires 6–12 months warehouse and forklift experience and a high school diploma

Qualifikationen

• 6-12 months warehouse experience.
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct training for new associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor performance of associate within the work group.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practice procedures and methods to associates.
