Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with approved designs.
• Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors to ensure clear roles and efficient workflow.
• Meet contractual performance conditions by scheduling and coordinating tasks.
• Review progress daily and address issues to keep projects on track.
