Job summary

Millennium Space Systems is seeking a Ground Systems Engineer to design and develop ground and mission control systems for national security space programs. You will work with software developers and customers to deliver end-to-end solutions installed at Millennium facilities and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 or more years' experience in satellite ground/spacecraft systems.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Lead definition of requirements for ground hardware and software.
• Design, develop, integrate, test, and deliver large-scale mission control systems.
• Manage customer relationships through trade studies, development and testing.
• Develop plans to integrate Millennium software with government-furnished systems.
• Support proposals for new ground systems and sustain operations through launch and on-orbit phases.
