Qualifications

• Ability to train and mentor staff; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead grossing staff and coordinate workflow when supervisor is absent.
• Provide training, onboarding, and competency support.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with pathologists and lab leadership to optimize throughput.
• Monitor descriptions, specimen processing, and documentation for accuracy.
