Qualifications

• Three years of increasingly responsible experience in golf course maintenance.
• One year of supervisory or lead responsibility; or equivalent.
• Experience with the proper and safe use of chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers and soil conditioners.
• Knowledge of drainage methods, watering practices and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep of the golf course including mowing fairways, greens, tees, and roughs.
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems and drainage; assist in irrigation/programming.
• supervise and train assigned staff; lead special projects as directed by Superintendent.
• Perform safety reviews, assist with equipment maintenance and use of various machinery; weekend/overtime as needed.
