Push Solutions LLC is seeking a dynamic Printing Pre-Press Manager to lead our pre-press operations. You will supervise the entire pre-press workflow, ensuring flawless preparation of print materials and high-quality standards.

This role collaborates with graphic design, manufacturing, and printing teams to drive efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate has proven prepress leadership experience, strong color management knowledge, and expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pre-Press and contribute to quality, productivity, and service improvements.
• Train, develop and manage people in the areas of responsibility.
• Oversee prepress systems and G-7 color standards.
• Coordinate production workflow through the pre-press department.
• Manage vendor relationships and consumable inventories.
• Prepare files for output using Mac/Windows and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Perform impositions with Preps and color adjustments.
• Oversee digital press and large format software systems.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Printing Pre-Press Manager to lead our pre-press operations and ensure the flawless preparation of print materials. In this role, you will oversee the entire pre-press workflow, from color management and layout design to machine operation and quality control. Your expertise will drive efficiency, uphold high standards of print quality, and facilitate seamless collaboration between graphic design, manufacturing, and printing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pre-Press. Contribute to manufacturing objectives for quality, productivity, and service through appropriate incremental process improvements.
• Train, develop and manage people in the areas of responsibility.
• Manage all prepress systems, print devices G-7 color standards.
• Work and manage production workflow through the pre-press department.
• Manage vendor relationships and consumable inventories

Additional Prepress Responsibilities:

• Use Mac and Windows programs to perform all prepress functions as well as preparing files for output
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Pitstop, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite
• Prepare Impositions with Preps
• Complete working knowledge of Printergy
• Retrieve Files from FTP Sites via the web
• Understand basic press and bindery operations as they relate to prepress setup
• File corrections and color adjustments
• Perform all tasks to meet customer demands and deadlines
• Perform proofing and platemaking operations

Digital Press Responsibilities:

• Oversee all software systems
• Process improvement where appropriate

Large Format:

• Oversee all software systems
• Process improvement where appropriate

Experience

• Proven experience in prepress management within a printing or manufacturing environment involving digital printing, large-format printing, and litho press operations.
• Strong knowledge of color management techniques and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
