This role offers leadership ownership: you’ll lead projects, shape campaigns, and collaborate closely with an engaged CEO who values creative input. The position is hybrid, based in Central Florida, with opportunities to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print/production design and digital content.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience managing social media, content calendars, and campaigns.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritise deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling concepts for clients across promo products, apparel, print, packaging, and digital assets.
• Lead marketing initiatives with the CEO and manage the annual calendar.
• Create digital assets for social media, websites, newsletters, and events.
• Plan, execute, and analyze multi‑channel campaigns across email, digital, print, social, and events.
• Ensure brand consistency and production-ready artwork.
• Collaborate with production teams to finalize designs.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
