Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Familiarity with project management tools (SharePoint, MS Planner).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the design workflow from concept to delivery.
• Lead all agency design projects to ensure cohesive branding.
• Collaborate with Development, Education, HR, and Programs teams.
• Review drafts for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Manage relationships with external vendors.
• Organize a library of logos, images, templates, and assets.
• Stay current with design trends and tools.
• Address design challenges creatively and adapt as needed.
• Apply marketing knowledge to support campaigns.
• Handle additional design projects as assigned.
