Job summary

Brock Built Homes is seeking an experienced Grading & Pipe Foreman to lead field crews on residential and commercial site-development projects in Atlanta. The role requires hands-on leadership for grading/earthwork and underground utilities.

The ideal candidate has five years of site-development experience, can read civil plans, and safely operate heavy equipment. This full-time role offers overtime and benefits through Brock Built.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of site-development experience with grading/earthwork and underground utilities.
• Experience reading civil plans, utility drawings, and grade stakes.
• Experience with heavy equipment and safety on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead mass grading, excavation, rough and finish grading.
• Oversee storm/sewer/water main installation and related utilities.
• Manage daily crew coordination, equipment, materials, and production.
• Ensure jobsite safety and adherence to project specs.
