Job summary

Radiant seeks a Cluster Architect for its Infrastructure Solutions team to lead the high-density AI GPU compute deployments. You will translate high-level designs into low-level hardware blueprints, drive the Raman engineering alignment, and collaborate with program management to define milestones and deliverables.

You will work closely with Data Center Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to ensure scalable, reliable, and well-documented deployments across rapid production cycles.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or other related Engineering fields.
• 5+ years of solution architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in GPU systems and InfiniBand networking.
• System-level knowledge: Linux, GPUs, NICs, and infrastructure software.
• Experience producing detailed infrastructure designs (rack layouts, BoMs, power/cooling).
• Strong communication with engineering, operations and vendors.
• Nice to have HPC, Telco, or hyperscale design experience.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Slurm.

Responsibilities

• Translate inputs into Radiant reference architecture and low-level blueprints.
• Stay updated on technology roadmaps with key vendors.
• Lead low-level designs for high-density AI supercomputer systems.
• Participate in Architecture Review Board for alignment.
• Evaluate tradeoffs in performance, power, cooling, and cost.
• Develop detailed designs: rack elevations, floor plans, BoMs, power/cooling specs.
• Drive vendor evaluations during RFx processes.
• Hands-on role in deployment, benchmarking, and production readiness.
• Define acceptance criteria focused on reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with Software/ Solutions Engineering to support AI workloads.
• Define milestones, risks, and deliverables with project management.
• Produce runbooks and handover documentation to Operations.
