Troon, leading global golf and club management company, seeks a Lead Assistant Golf Professional at Tustin Ranch Golf Club in Tustin, CA. The role supports daily golf operations, tee sheets, POS, and guest services while assisting with staff training and merchandise.

Qualified candidates bring an AA degree or 1–2 years related experience; PGA/LGPA membership is preferred. This full-time position offers healthcare, retirement benefits, and PTO.

Qualifications

AA degree or 1–2 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current PGA/LGPA Membership preferred
Experience in golf operations is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in managing Golf Shop operations and tee sheet revenues.
Operate POS system and oversee merchandise.
Coordinate with staff to ensure guest services excellence.
Promote club golf activities and support events.
