Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Golang expertise is required.
• Experience with FIX connectivity is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Go backend services.
• Develop low-latency transaction processing systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Trading Ops, and Engineering.
• Contribute to architecture and core platform services.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and reliability.
• Establish engineering best practices through mentorship.
• Resolve production challenges and optimize performance.
