Qualifications

Master-level degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering or equivalent.
Existing DoD security clearance is required.
15+ years of demonstrated GNC engineering experience in missile or aerospace systems.
Experience with defense products and customers, including C-UAS.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement GNC algorithms for missile systems.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on software development and integration.
Execute testing, data collection, and analysis including hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Model and simulate 6DoF for performance validation.
Develop and execute test plans and reports; present findings to diverse audiences.
Ensure best practices and standards in system design and testing.
Support IRAD and sustaining projects through task decomposition and staffing.
Mentor high-performing engineering teams and drive process improvements.
Engage with functional leaders to improve engineering processes.
