Blue Origin is seeking a lead for the GN&C subsystem within the Lunar Permanence unit. You will define GN&C requirements, decompose to components, and oversee verification and budgets.

Collaboration with propulsion, structures, avionics, and vehicle systems teams ensures integration to meet performance goals. You will coordinate analyses, simulations, and hardware-in-the-loop tests to validate subsystem behavior.

Qualificações

• MS degree with at least 10 years of design experience.
• Experience in full development lifecycle of GN&C subsystem on aerospace program.
• Demonstrated experience in GN&C algorithms development and analysis.
• Experience with navigation sensors and control actuators.
• Proven GN&C software and hardware development/test experience.
• Strong system engineering and configuration management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized.

Responsabilidades

• Lead GN&C requirements definition and verification planning.
• Manage GN&C budgets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with subsystems engineers to define boundaries & interfaces.
• Lead analyses, simulations, tests, including hardware-in-the-loop.
• Lead verification/validation plans for software/hardware components.
• Support simulations/tools for subsystem verification.
• Support updates to schedule, resources, cost, and risks by product team manager.
