Job summary

PACIV seeks a Site Integration Project Manager to lead planning and execution of projects that connect new facilities to existing pharmaceutical operations, with focus on minimizing GMP disruption.

Responsibilities include managing utility tie-ins, facility modifications, scope, budget, schedule, and contractor performance, while coordinating with Operations to plan shutdowns and change control activities, and ensuring safe execution and GMP compliance with minimal impact on ongoing production.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of capital project experience, including at least 5 years managing brownfield or utility tie-in projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical manufacturing facilities.
• Experience working in operating GMP manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP change control and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• English required; Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of site integration and utility tie-in projects from planning through turnover.
• Coordinate project scope, budget, schedule, contractor performance, and project risks.
• Partner with Operations to plan shutdowns, production impacts, and change control activities.
• Coordinate utility tie-ins and modifications with engineering, construction, and operations teams.
• Lead contractor activities in operating facilities, including site access, training, GMP requirements, and restricted area compliance.
• Promote safe execution and ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and MOC requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and risks, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project completion with minimal disruption to plant operations.
