• Schedule conferences, clinics and staff meetings to keep staff informed of program goals.
• Train and inform staff, encourage professional growth through clinic attendance.
• Delegate duties, supervise implementation, and evaluate assistants at season end.
• Maintain discipline and morale, manage grievances, and coordinate with Athletic Director.
