Qualifications

• Must adhere to district/state athletic policies.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with principal and athletic director.
• Experience with budgeting and scheduling athletic activities.
• Strong communication with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the head coaching duties for the athletics program.
• Schedule practices, games, and transportation with school staff.
• Maintain equipment inventory and ensure proper storage and use.
• Enforce safety, emergency procedures, and disciplinary guidelines.
• Coordinate with Athletic Director on policy changes and program improvements.
• Monitor student academic performance and conduct of athletes.
• Supervise student managers and assistants during events.
• Prepare reports on injuries, eligibility, and equipment needs.
