Job summary

Propel Schools is seeking a Head Middle School Girls Volleyball Coach for the 2026-2027 season at the middle schools it serves. The role includes leading the program, coordinating a volunteer coaching staff, and working with the athletic director to develop a competitive middle school volleyball program.

Candidates should have prior youth or interscholastic coaching experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development and Propel’s

Qualifications

Prior high school, middle school, and/or youth volleyball coaching experience.
Experience as a head coach and building a program at the middle school level.
Ability to assemble volunteer coaching staff.
Experience coordinating a middle school volleyball program with the assistant coach and athletic director.
High level of personal organization and planning.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
Commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel.
