Job summary

Indian Creek School is seeking a Girls Lacrosse Program Director to provide leadership, supervision and organization for the program and to implement the athletic department philosophy across grades 6-12.

The position offers potential full-time faculty/staff status with a season stipend of $7,500; responsibilities include scheduling, staff oversight, recruitment planning and ensuring safety and compliance with MSDE and state guidelines. Candidates must pass federal and state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and organization for the Girls Lacrosse Program
• Supervises coaching staff and coordinates practices and competitions
• Ensures compliance with MSDE/IAAM/MIAA guidelines and school policies
• Develops and implements a vision for a sustainable program from grades 6-12
• Assists in recruitment planning and athlete selection
• Coordinates logistics with Athletic Director and trainers
• Maintains equipment inventory and safety standards
• Oversees season scheduling and communication with families and media
