Qualifications

• Candidates must pass a federal and state background check.
• Experience coaching lacrosse and managing a program preferred.
• Ability to recruit student athletes across grades 6-12.

Responsibilities

• Formulates objectives for the upcoming sport season.
• Keeps abreast of new ideas and techniques by attending clinics and workshops.
• Remains knowledgeable of rules and regulations concerning his/her sport.
• Selects and maintains equipment and keeps an accurate inventory.
• Implements and executes vision for a sustainable program from grades 6-12.
• Develop and execute a plan to recruit mission appropriate student athletes to Indian Creek School.
