Dignity Health Medical Group - Merced is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join a physician-led practice focused on high-quality, compassionate care. The role emphasizes endoscopic skills and building a premier regional GI service line, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no inpatient call constraints.

You will work within a supportive, mission-driven environment affiliated with Mercy Medical Center Merced and CommonSpirit Health, delivering comprehensive GI care to a diverse community.

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or board certified in Gastroenterology (ABMS or AOA).
• Active California medical license or eligibility.
• Active DEA certification or eligibility to obtain.
• Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inpatient and outpatient GI consults, endoscopies, and routine GI screenings.
• Design and grow the local Gastroenterology service line to broaden regional access.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialists to optimize referral pathways.
• Access advanced diagnostic services and hospital resources at Mercy Medical Center Merced.
