Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• License: Active RN or LVN license.
• Experience: Long-term geriatric nursing preferred.
• Language: Proficient in English reading and communication.

Responsibilities

• Make daily rounds to observe residents and assign care.
• Develop and distribute resident care assignments matching needs and staff skills.
• Provide unit orientation and staff training.
• Perform staff performance reviews and wage determinations.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and care plans.
