The ideal candidate will possess both leadership and technical skills, have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and have a minimum of 7 years' experience. They will be committed to HDR’s culture and will need to be proficient in relevant software tools.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience.
Professional registration, license, or certification may be required.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute comprehensive geotechnical investigations for trenchless projects.
Manage geotechnical data using OpenGround and/or gINT software.
Support trenchless engineering, design, and field services across all regions.
Skills
Experience with OpenGround software
Team oriented with strong desire to lead geotechnical initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, gINT, ArcGIS, AutoDesk

Education
