Job summary

ECS Federal is seeking a highly experienced GEOINT Analyst - Exploitation Specialist in St. Louis, MO to support national security missions. You will perform all-source geospatial intelligence analysis, produce authoritative products, and brief leadership on findings.

Ideal candidates have extensive NGA product knowledge, ArcGIS/QGIS expertise, and a track record of delivering timely, high-quality intelligence under pressure. US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; must pass CounterIntelligence polygraph.
• 7+ years of relevant experience or a related Bachelor’s/Master’s degree combination.
• Strong GIS and remote sensing experience with modern tools.
• Extensive knowledge of NGA standard products (Chart Series, AOR data, marginalia).
• Ability to synthesize multi-source intelligence into clear analytic products.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source geospatial intelligence analysis using NGA standard products to support strategic and tactical requirements.
• Acquire, analyze, and compile GEOINT products per standards and customer specifications.
• Leverage GIS/remote sensing tools to assess terrain, infrastructure, and operational environments.
• Produce written assessments, geospatial visualizations, briefings, and actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain currency on regional developments and emerging threats through monitoring of reports and open sources.
• Collaborate with imagery, SIGINT, and HUMINT teams to develop comprehensive situational awareness.
• Provide rapid, rigorous analysis under tight timelines and ensure quality controls.
