A Plus Garage Doors, part of Guild Garage Group, is seeking a Lead Generator / Sales Associate to represent our brand inside Costco warehouses in Las Vegas. Talk with Costco members and schedule free in-home garage door estimates. No selling inside the store; focus on generating interest and setting appointments for our sales team.

No garage door experience required; we provide full training. The role is full-time with weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) and is based across five Costco

A Plus Garage Doors | Las Vegas, NV

Pay: $20/hr + Bonus pay for every qualified lead booked.

Location: Work Inside 5 Costco Locations in the Las Vegas Valley Area.

Hours: Full-Time | Weekend Availability Required - Schedule will be Friday - Sunday, with additional networking and sales events.

Your role is simple: talk with Costco members and schedule free in-home garage door estimates.

No selling required inside the store - your focus is creating interest and setting appointments for our sales team.

Not mandatory garage door experience - we provide full training.

What You'll Do

Engage Costco Members

Start friendly conversations with shoppers and introduce them to A Plus Garage Doors.

Generate Leads

Schedule free in-home garage door estimates for interested homeowners.

Represent the Brand

Serve as a professional brand ambassador for A Plus Garage Doors inside Costco.

Create Opportunities

Help homeowners discover options for new garage doors, upgrades, and repairs.

What We're Looking For

Pay & Compensation

Base pay: $20 per hour

Bonus pay for every qualified lead booked.

Successful team members regularly generate multiple leads per shift, creating strong bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $20 - $20 USD
