This position is based in Mechanicsburg, PA and is performed in a retail environment. Greencastle, PA is the nearest McCrea office location supporting this position; however, the primary work location is in Mechanicsburg.

PAY & SCHEDULE

Starting Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

Commission: $50 per booked appointment

Schedule:

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

• Monday - Friday: Shifts may be scheduled between 11 AM – 7 PM
• Saturday - Sunday: Shifts may be scheduled between 9 AM – 6 PM

Employees may be scheduled 4 - 5 days per week, depending on full-time/part-time status, business needs, and assigned location. Weekend availability is required.

JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Generator is responsible for engaging retail customers and generating qualified leads for McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services. This customer-facing role involves initiating conversations with customers, identifying heating and cooling needs, promoting the company’s HVAC services, and scheduling appointments for equipment replacements, upgrades, or consultations.
